The 'Jauntea' is an Ayurvedic medicine invented by preparation after years of research and study in Ayurvedam. This invention is done by Mr. Johnson Zachariah,Kombanthanathe, Kerala, India. Hepatitis virus and liver damage due to the consumption of Alcohol can be cured using 'Jauntea'. The patient can be cured within 10 to 15 days treatment and the speedy recovery is the unique speciality of this medicine. Since 'Jauntea' is purely ayurvedic it has no side effects.
A person who takes Alcohol frequently can use this medicine as a precautionary measure to avoid liver diseases. Jauntea' is made from herbs seen in southern parts of India. After collection of these herbs,processed and manufactured under hygienic standards and it has longer shelf life also.Even though 'Jauntea' is in the powder form this also can be made in the form of tablets,capsule,granules and syrup form.

According to study of world health organization 15% of the Indian population is affected hepatitis or liver disorders. CHIEF PROMOTER
Mr. Johnson K.Zachariah, Kombanthanathe House,Kalady is the chief promoter of the unit.He has done immense research for the invention of the medicine 'Jauntea' and to prove its effectiveness for curing liver diseases without any side effects.He has been doing his research works for the last 12 years. Coming from a family having Ayurvedic treatment tradition,he has a hereditary attachment to ayurveda and ayurvedic treatment. He has applied his medicines in a number of patients suffering from liver diseases and they were cured effectively. He has applied for availing patent right to the Govt. of India and is confident of securing the patent right for his medicine. He is searching for suitable persons who are resourceful and having business ethics to support his venture financially.
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
The unit will be formed as a Private Limited Company. It is expected to have 10 share holders including Mr.Johnson K.Zachariah who will function as the. Managing Director . The Registered office of the company will be at Bangalore.The steps for the formation of the company including application for name,registration of Memorandum and Articles of Association etc will be taken only after securing the patent right.

   SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
The project has huge scope for success. According to a study,about 15%of the Indian Population is suffering from liver diseases due to virus inflection and consumption of alcoholic items. The promoter expects a good number of these people as consumers of the medicine. As it is a novel medicine,the promoter expects to capture medicine market by huge publicity and promotional programmes.Initially the product will be marketed in India and then foreign market will be explored.
   BUSINESS PLAN
As started earlier, about 15 % of the population of India is suffering from Liver Diseases. So, at least 15 crore patients are there in India alone who considered as the prospective consumers of the product. One out of 15 (fifteen) patients are expected to purchase our medicine in a year . So, taking One Crore patients in India annually and cost of medicine for a course estimating at Rs. 460/-. The annual turnover expected is Rs. 460, 000, 0000 Crores (Four hundred and Sixty Crores) only. Marketing of product outside India will be taken up only in later stages.
